Shipping information

You can follow your package with a tracking number right until it gets delivered at your doorstep. You will be emailed this tracking number once your order is shipped.

Please ensure that the billing and shipping address details for your order are correctly submitted. After your shipment has left, we cannot redirect it.

The shipping costs mentioned below are for the packages with maximum 2 origami tissue cover boxes. For larger orders, please contact us first, so we can calculate specific shipping costs.

International duties & taxes

If you’re placing an order from outside of Europe as well as Switzerland and the UK, you might be charged for import duties and taxes by your local customs authority. We advise you to consult your local customs authorities to inform yourself about possible charges before placing an order with us.

Not paying your import duties or taxes and thus choosing to reject the parcel, will not be cause for a refund for your order.
